Website privacy notice

This notice explains how Nutava Pty Ltd ("we", "us") handles personal information collected through this website. We are bound by the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

When you submit the contact form we collect the name, company, email address, phone number and message you provide. Our hosting provider also records standard server logs, including IP address, browser type and the pages requested, which we use to keep the site secure and available.

How we use it

We use your contact details to respond to your enquiry, arrange demonstrations and, where you have asked for it, send proposals and product information. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Who we share it with

Contact form submissions are emailed to our sales team using Microsoft Azure services hosted in Australia, and may be recorded in our customer relationship system. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes limited technical information about your browser to distinguish people from automated traffic. We do not otherwise disclose your information except as required by law.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Any analytics we use are aggregated and do not identify you personally.

Access, correction and complaints

You may ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing info@max4mets.com.au or writing to Nutava Pty Ltd, Level 1, Suite 9, 251 Hay Street, East Perth WA 6004. We will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Customer data in MAX

Data held inside the MAX application is governed by the Nutava Security and Privacy Policy and the subscription terms provided with each proposal, not by this website notice.
